After the first interview, in which we obtain detailed information about our
candidates and inform them about our company and the position, we use
additional assessment tools such as English proficiency test, general aptitude and
character analysis test in accordance with the requirements of position for candidates
whose recruitment process will continue. After the reference check of the
candidates, which are found positive by the Human Resources and department
managers, we make a job offer to the selected candidate. In Karadeniz Holding,
it is essential that job offers are not made before the reference check of the
candidate is completed.
