Productivity and
creativity in the workplace is achieved by having a pleasant, happy and sharing
working environment. In Karadeniz Holding, we organize regular social activities
to create such a working environment, evoke the sense of belonging and team
spirit and enable the continuity of communication.
With the understanding
that internal communication is not only the responsibility of Human Resources
but all employees, we plan internal communication activities with KH Positive
team composed of different department representatives. KH Positive aims to ensure
having fun while working and learning while having fun with the activities
organized throughout the year and create a positive value with individuals who
are beneficial to the society and the environment.
